On September 23 and 24, I'll be taking part in a FREE two-part teleseminar sponsored by
APLD along with
Jeffrey Scott (right). Chris Heiler, editor of
LandscapeLeadership.com, and a professional landscape designer is the moderator.
The topics are "Understanding the Value of Design" and "Surviving in a Struggling Economy." Go
sign up! It's FREE!
As for
Jeffrey Scott, I've been talking to him a bit in the last week or so, and he's got a lot to say. He also has some FREE STUFF, if you visit his web site, including an article entitled the "13 Biggest Mistakes In Direct Marketing."
Lastly, Jeffrey Scott is now offering something called
Leader's Edge. Basically it's a Peer Group where people in similar businesses, with similar concerns, get together in a non-competitive environment and help each other out. Jeffrey is the very capable organizer and facilitator. Here is how he describes it:
The Leaders Edge is a program for landscape business owners, who want to work in a small group format, to discuss burning issues and best practices, and learn to better manage and grow their business.
It's intriguing and not yet described on his web site. For an article on the program, or for more info, contact Jeffrey directly at
jeff@jeffreyscott.biz. Tell him Tim sent you!
